Aventuras Tepuy Affiliate Policy

1- Introduction

This Affiliate Policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") sets forth the terms and conditions of the Tepuy Adventure Affiliate Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By participating in our Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with this Policy in full.

2 - Eligibility

2.1 To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must:
a) Be over 18 years of age.
b) Have an active website, blog, or social media presence relevant to the travel industry.
c) Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse any application for membership or terminate the participation of any affiliate without prior notice.

3 - Registration and Approval

3.1 To become an affiliate, you must complete the application form provided on our website.

3.2 The Company will review your application and notify you of the decision within 3-5 working days.

3.3 Once approved, you will receive a unique affiliate link and access to marketing materials.

4 - Commissions and Payments

4.1 Commission structure:

• Base commission: 5% per completed booking.
• Tiered commissions:
  • 5-10 bookings per month: 6%
  • 11-20 bookings per month: 8%
  • More than 20 bookings per month: 10%

4.2 Commissions are calculated on the net value of the booking, excluding taxes and fees.

4.3 Payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum payment of $100 USD is reached.

4.4 The available payment methods are bank transfer and PayPal.

5 - Tracking & Reporting

5.1 We use cookies with a duration of 30 days to track bookings generated through affiliate links.

5.2 Affiliates will have access to a dashboard with real-time statistics on clicks, bookings, and commissions.

6 - Affiliate Obligations

6.1 The Affiliate agrees to:
a) Promote the Company's services in an ethical and legal manner.
b) Not make false or misleading statements about the Company or its services.
c) Not use spam or aggressive marketing techniques.
d) Keep his/her Affiliate account information up to date.

6.2 The Affiliate must not:
a) Use the Company's name on domains or usernames on social media.
b) Create websites or applications that mimic the Company's official site.
c) Use pay-per-click (PPC) advertising with terms related to the Company's brand.

7 - Marketing Materials

7.1 The Company will provide banners, texts, and images for promotional use.

7.2 The Affiliate must not modify these materials without prior authorization from the Company.

8 - Confidentiality

The Affiliate agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information related to the Affiliate Program, including, but not limited to, commission rates and marketing strategies.

9 - Termination

9.1 Both parties may terminate the affiliation relationship with 30 days' written notice.

9.2 The Company may immediately terminate the relationship in the event of a violation of this Policy.

9.3 Upon termination, the Affiliate must remove all links and promotional materials from the Company.

10 - Policy Modifications

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. The changes will take effect 30 days after they are notified to members.

11 - Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

12 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Venezuela. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Caracas, Venezuela.
